Bucket hat size chart
Most bucket hats come in S/M and L/XL, and some fashion brands add XS/S and XL/XXL. The chart shows the typical head size for each.

Bucket hat sizes by brand
- Stüssy: S/M 56 to 58 cm, L/XL 58 to 60 cm.
- Kangol: S to XXL, from 54 to 63 cm, including the Bermuda Casual.
- Carhartt: M/L 22 ⅛ to 22 ¾ in (about 56 to 58 cm), L/XL 22 ⅞ to 23 ½ in (about 58 to 60 cm).
- Nike: S/M, M/L and L/XL, from about 55 to 62 cm.
How a bucket hat should fit
A bucket hat sits lower than a cap, just above the eyebrows and over the tops of the ears. It should be snug enough not to blow off, with the brim hanging evenly all the way round. Bucket hats have no strap to adjust, so pick the size where your measurement sits in the middle of the range.
Fit tips
- Cotton bucket hats can shrink a little in a hot wash. Wash cold and air dry.
