What we can help with
- Size chart corrections: a brand has changed its chart, a figure looks wrong, or two pages disagree. Please include the brand, the size and a link to the brand’s own chart if you have one.
- Missing brands or hat types: tell us which brand or style you would like to see and where its official size guide is published.
- Translation problems: a sentence in one of the eight languages reads badly or seems inaccurate.
- Technical issues: a calculator gives an odd result, a page will not load, or something looks broken on your phone. Your device and browser help us reproduce it.
- Privacy requests: questions about cookies, advertising or data. See the privacy policy for the controls you can use straight away.
- Advertising and partnerships: general enquiries are welcome, but we do not sell changes to size charts or paid recommendations.
Before you write
Many questions are answered on the site already. The how-to-measure guide explains how to take an accurate measurement, the hat size calculator converts it into every system, and each brand page shows that brand’s full chart.
We cannot tell you how a particular hat will fit, process orders or returns, or answer medical questions about a child’s head size. For orders, please contact the shop you bought from, and for health questions, a doctor or health visitor.
